Short Bio
Yan Wang is a Professor at the Shanghai Key Laboratory of Multidimensional Information Processing, East China Normal University, since October 2020. Before that, she was a postdoc researcher at the Department of Computer Science, Johns Hopkins University, worked with Bloomberg Distinguished Professor Alan Yuille. She received her B.E. degree in electronics and information engineering from Huazhong University of Science and Technology, and completed her Ph.D. in electrical and electronic engineering at Nanyang Technological University, supervised by Professor Alex Kot. She has over 30 peer-reviewed publications in medical image analysis, computer vision and machine learning related areas, including IEEE Trans. PAMI, IEEE Trans. Image Processing, IEEE Trans. Medical Imaging, Medical Image Analysis, AAAI, ICCV, CVPR and MICCAI.
